A design and construct warehouse and office for Yerac Properties on a 5,000 square metre corner site in Westdale - delivered in about five months and finished ahead of schedule.
Yerac Properties wanted a purpose-built warehouse and office on a 5,000 square metre corner block at 341 Armstrong Street, Westdale. The development includes a 1,770 square metre industrial warehouse and a 150 square metre single storey office, with ample hardstand and parking bays.
The goals were a short approval and construction timeline, and an efficient design that would attract the right tenant.
Segboer Constructions delivered the project as a design and construct contract under a complying development approval, starting in December 2022 with occupation in May 2023 - about five months. The project came to around $1.87 million, and the building is a steel frame structure with precast and metal cladding.
Running the design and construction through one builder kept things consistent from concept through to completion, and the project was finished ahead of schedule.
The result is a purpose-built warehouse and office facility in Westdale, designed to support efficient operations and finished ahead of schedule. Combining quality construction with a future-ready design, it's built to suit any tenant.
