Two new commercial and industrial tenancies at 60-62 Armstrong Street, Westdale - each pairing a warehouse with a two-storey office, designed and built by Segboer Constructions.
Segboer Constructions was engaged to design and construct two new industrial tenancies at 60-62 Armstrong Street, Westdale, each pairing a warehouse with a two-storey office. Tenancy 1 covers a 895 square metre warehouse and 178 square metre office, and Tenancy 3 a 520 square metre warehouse and 100 square metre office - just under 1,700 square metres combined, delivered as complying development.
Segboer Constructions handled the project as a full design and construct new build, delivering the two tenancies in stages. Tenancy 1 started in January 2024 and reached occupation by July 2024 - about six months. Tenancy 3 followed soon after, starting in March 2024 and reaching occupation in October 2024. Combined, the two builds represented an investment of around $2.82 million - $1.57 million for Tenancy 1 and $1.253 million for Tenancy 3.
Alison and Mick were happy enough with the result that they came back to Segboer for a second build just six to nine months later - see their feedback below.
