A renovation and extension of Plumes by CH Boutique for Fox and Lillie at Westdale - almost 1,800 square metres of upgraded bed and breakfast accommodation, plus a new single storey office.
Fox and Lillie needed to renovate and extend Plumes by CH Boutique, their existing bed and breakfast at Bandaar Drive, Westdale, adding a new single storey office to support the business. The brief covered 1,763 square metres of renovated and extended accommodation space, plus a 150 square metre office.
Segboer Constructions delivered the renovation and extension, commencing works in July 2025 and reaching occupation in April 2026 - about nine months. The project represented an investment of around $5.83 million.
